Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position, suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Al Buraymi or nearby areas.
