We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating exquisite dishes. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, developing new menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and culinary trends
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in menu development
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
