Carpenter - Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling and fastening pieces together, and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Select and purchase materials needed for each project.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications.
- Cut materials using hand or power tools.
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, glue or other methods.
- Install structures such as floors, walls, roofs or cabinets.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
- Sand surfaces to prepare them for finishing.
- Apply finishes such as varnish or paint to protect and decorate surfaces.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter is required.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Physical strength and stamina to work with heavy materials.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills in English is preferred but not required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. However, we are open to candidates from all nationalities.
