A reputable architectural firm in Sheduva is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving, restoring, and conserving historic buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$, along with visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in historic preservation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation techniques and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the conditions of historic structures
- Developing preservation plans and recommendations for restoration projects
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of historic buildings
- Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to preservation standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all project activities and expenses
