Waiter/Waitress

A renowned restaurant in Utena, Lithuania is seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for jobs without prior experience or those who have recently graduated and are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Assist with setting up tables and ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Inform customers of daily specials and recommend menu items based on their preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for new customers, and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own valid visa/work permit for Lithuania
(Nationality preference: Indian)
- Prior experience is not necessary but will be considered an advantage
