Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Eldoret. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders and handling payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and service areas.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed, including proper food handling procedures.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Take initiative to learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and special promotions.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different types of coffee beans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Eldoret.
- Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: $1000 per month. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
