Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

A well-established construction company in Multan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and budgets
- Monitor project costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and construction workers
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques, and equipment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in using computer software for design and analysis (AutoCAD, SAP2000)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
