Handyman/Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician in a similar role. They should be skilled in various areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. The candidate must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures.
- Perform minor repairs on furniture, walls, doors, and windows.
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and appliances.
- Assist with painting projects and other small renovations.
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and equipment needed for repairs.
- Communicate with customers to understand their maintenance needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate emergency repairs.

Salary: AED 1800 per month

Location: Ajman - Candidates from the Malayalee community are preferred.
