We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, light fixtures, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork, flooring, drywall, etc.
- Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
- Inspect buildings for safety hazards and report any issues
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties
- Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
- Own visa preferred
