Malayalee Administrative Assistant
We are a fast-growing company in Jizan and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Malayalee Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and data management
- Manage office correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
