Teamlead Supervisor


As a Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in our Washington branch. Your main role will be to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the team by providing guidance, support, and feedback. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.

Your duties will include conducting training sessions to develop the skills of your team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase performance. You will also be responsible for resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that may arise within the team.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, as well as with other departments within our company. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.

This full-time position offers a salary of $1300 per month and does not require English proficiency or previous work experience. However, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Accommodation will not be provided by the company; therefore, owning a valid visa is required.
