Barista


As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers in our busy café located in Gujrat. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as a passion for coffee and tea. You must also have knowledge of different brewing techniques and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and prepare beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and café area
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or inquiries effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
