As a Loader in Lusail, Qatar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading of goods and materials onto trucks, trailers or other modes of transportation. Your main responsibilities will include physically loading and unloading cargo, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also have a valid driver's license and be comfortable operating heavy machinery. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Your duties as a Loader will include:

- Loading and unloading goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensuring that all cargo is properly secured for transport
- Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or front-end loaders
- Inspecting equipment for any damages or malfunctions
- Following all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Communicating with truck drivers to ensure timely departure of loaded vehicles
- Assisting with inventory control by counting, weighing, and recording shipments

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of loading techniques and equipment operation preferred
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
