We are hiring a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move materials, conduct excavations, and perform various construction tasks on job sites. Your duties will include inspecting equipment for safety and maintenance needs, following project plans and instructions, and ensuring efficient and safe operation of the machinery.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or backhoes.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Valid operator license or certification.
- Fluency in English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Operate heavy machinery according to project plans and instructions from supervisors.
- Safely load and unload materials using the equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality control, and work ethics.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month based on experience.
