We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry Level Fitter in Utena, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components according to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical plans and instructions
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and fit materials
- Assemble components using various techniques such as welding, bolting, or soldering
- Install finished products according to specifications
- Test and troubleshoot completed installations for functionality and safety
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical plans and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
