Senior Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects, from concept to completion. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as excellent project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring that they are met within agreed-upon parameters
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Conduct site visits to review progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an architect
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
