Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights on industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, and towers. Your duties will include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as conducting various construction and installation projects. You will work closely with a team to safely complete tasks using specialized equipment and techniques. This physically demanding role requires a high level of fitness and skill in rope access, rigging, and rescue techniques. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project. No prior experience is required for this entry-level position. Women are encouraged to apply.

Location: Alta, Norway
Salary: $1000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on industrial structures at height
- Perform construction and installation projects at elevation
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to safely complete tasks
- Work closely with a team to ensure efficiency and safety
- Maintain a high level of fitness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Utilize rope access, rigging, and rescue techniques
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Physically fit with no fear of heights
- Ability to work in various weather conditions at great heights
- Basic knowledge of industrial structures
- Previous experience in rope access is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
