We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at an upscale international restaurant located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking chef with no experience required, as we provide on-the-job training and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Oversee inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for easy travel to Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- Passion for cooking and creativity in menu development
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic not required)
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role (not required)
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international cuisines is a plus
