Indian Executive Chef in Jizan
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new menu items and update existing ones based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop cost-effective menus that meet customer preferences
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create authentic dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- In-depth understanding of food cost control, menu planning, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to relocate to Jizan, Saudi Arabia
