Project Manager



We are a growing company in Clairvaux looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This is an urgent position and we are specifically seeking English-speaking candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (fluency in English is required)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
