We are hiring a Collector to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and managing overdue accounts. This position requires fluency in Malayalam and knowledge of the local culture and customs.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts
- Update customer records with payment information
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes
- Work closely with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
- Keep track of collection efforts and report on progress to management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of local culture, customs, and business practices in Split, Croatia
