We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
