Office Assistant - Medina, Philippines
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Philippines. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, answer phone calls and handle inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
