Barista

We are hiring an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all drinks served
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification from a barista training program
- Experience working with specialty coffee
- Knowledge of different types of milk frothing techniques
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Foreigners welcome)
