Head Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Bayan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Your culinary creativity, passion for food, and strong leadership skills will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards and driving the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and meet customer demands
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and consistency in food quality
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock
- Monitor food costs and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Proven track record of developing creative menus that attract customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
Salary: 1300$ per month
