We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for creating new and innovative menu items while maintaining consistency with existing dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and efficient service
- Create new menu items and specials that showcase creativity and skill
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistently high standards
- Work closely with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Experience managing a team of kitchen staff
- Ability to create new menu items while maintaining consistency with existing dishes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)
Location: Bayan, Kuwait (accommodation provided)
Nationality Preference: Preferably African candidates with fluent English language skills.
