Gardener Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and provide guidance and direction in their daily tasks
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the maintenance of all outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other green areas
- Monitor the health of plants and trees and ensure proper care is given when needed
- Assist in the development of new garden areas by selecting appropriate plants and flowers
- Manage inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team while working on-site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in gardening techniques including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Knowledge of different plant species with the ability to identify potential issues or diseases
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is not required but is considered an asset
