We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with icings, glazes, fillings, or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise junior baking staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in an Indian bakery
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be willing to relocate to Plovdiv
- Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
