Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare maps and reports for construction projects. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must have a thorough understanding of surveying techniques, tools, and technology, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Analyze survey data to identify property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Prepare maps, reports, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results are incorporated into project plans
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and safety procedures while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of survey data and documentation for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Knowledge of CAD software for preparing maps and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and safety procedures related to land surveying

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Zagreb (open to Pakistani or African candidates)
