Junior Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Salalah. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided for foreigners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Construction Manager in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Construction Manager.
- Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Salalah.
