Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, providing product or service recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You should also be familiar with various online communication tools and have the ability to work independently. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. As this is an online position, no accommodation will be provided. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
