We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Akron, Ohio. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and coach sales representatives to improve performance and achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $1300 per month
