Part-Time Teamlead in Gujrat


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Teamlead to join our team in Gujrat. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Maintain open communication with team members to identify any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Prior experience in a leadership role is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
