We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Teamlead at our retail store in Gujrat. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of part-time employees, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Train and coach part-time employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules for part-time employees based on business needs
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management team to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
