Pastry Chef


We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and customer requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Ensure that all pastries are presented in an attractive manner and meet our high standards for taste and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station at all times
- Train new pastry staff members on recipes, techniques, and safety procedures
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proficient knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes while also following established ones
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality products consistently
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. However, applicants from other cities within Pakistan will also be considered.
