Data Mining Analyst

As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will use various tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from data, such as machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis. Your findings will be used to inform business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources
- Developing and implementing data mining processes
- Applying statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns
- Using machine learning algorithms to uncover insights from data
- Creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identifying areas for improvement in data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques such as regression analysis or decision trees
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills

Location: Os, Norway (preference)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract
