We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Os, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for project planning
- Identifying property boundaries and marking them with stakes or other markers
- Performing calculations using surveying software and manual methods for accurate measurements
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations regarding land surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying techniques

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
