Office Manager for Student Visa Processing - Os City, Os Country


We are currently in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Os City. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks related to processing student visas. This includes managing a team of visa processing officers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with students and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of visa processing officers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the entire process of student visa applications, from initial screening to final approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all student visa applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate with students, educational institutions, and government agencies regarding visa status updates or any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for streamlining the visa application process.
- Train new employees on visa processing procedures and policies.
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from students or other stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a student visa processing role.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
