Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and events.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Choosing the appropriate flowers, colors, and arrangements based on client requirements
- Creating unique and visually appealing designs using different techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Ordering and purchasing flowers from suppliers while adhering to budget constraints
- Preparing flowers by cutting stems, removing thorns, and conditioning them for longevity
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and ensuring all tools are properly sanitized
- Delivering and setting up arrangements at event venues or client's location
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions is essential
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Alta, Norway
