Contract Cleaner - Alta, Norway


We are hiring a Contract Cleaner to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our clients. Your main duties will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and restrooms.

Responsibilities:
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets
- Clean and disinfect surfaces including desks, tables, chairs, and countertops
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within given deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require special attention
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and dusters
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is also an asset)
- Valid work permit or own visa for Norway

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with competitive salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of our clients. This position is open to all nationalities.
