Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in Doha

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Doha. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served. You will also be responsible for training kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end Indian restaurant
- Expertise in Indian cuisine, including regional variations and ability to innovate traditional dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to relocate to Doha and have a valid work permit

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
