Plumber - Maintenance and Repairs


We are in need of a skilled and experienced plumber to join our maintenance team in the bustling city of Albena. As a plumber, you will be responsible for performing repairs and installations on various plumbing systems in our buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with pipes, drains, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, fittings, and other components as needed
- Install new plumbing systems or components, including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and installations performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber in a commercial or residential setting
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
