We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teamlead to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian candidates, overseeing their daily tasks and ensuring project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Indian candidates, providing guidance, support and coaching
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure overall project success
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Identify training needs and provide training opportunities to team members
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with upper management about team progress and challenges

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Previous experience working with Indian candidates is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and achieving targets
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus
