We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Finisher to join our team in Washington. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on various projects, ensuring that they meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, buffing, and polishing to smooth and enhance the surface of projects
- Mix and apply finishing products such as varnish, paint, or stain according to project requirements
- Use hand and power tools to trim edges and remove imperfections from surfaces
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep inventory of finishing supplies and request restocking when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Salary: $1400 per month
