Courier Delivery Assistant

We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Courier Delivery Assistant to join our team in Bungoma. In this role, you will assist in the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. We welcome applicants from all African countries who are fluent in English and have the right to work in Kenya.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the courier driver in loading and unloading packages onto the delivery vehicle
- Navigate through Bungoma using maps or GPS to reach destinations
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure packages are properly signed for upon delivery
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding their packages
- Keep track of daily deliveries and report any issues or delays to the courier driver

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy packages and walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Kenya (if applicable)
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
