Rental Coordinator
We are a rental company based in Bungoma and we are seeking a motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing detailed information about available rentals
- Coordinating with other team members to schedule rental appointments and showings
- Conducting thorough inspections of rental properties before and after clients' use
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and damages
- Collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of rentals
- Resolving any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner
- Maintaining inventory of available rentals, updating listings, and promoting vacancies through various channels
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- Experience in customer service or property management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office; experience with database systems is an advantage
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for the selected candidate. Accommodation is not provided.
