Concrete Worker - Multan, Pakistan


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and setting concrete in various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all concrete work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, spread, and smooth concrete using various tools such as trowels or power tools
- Guide the pouring of concrete with precision to avoid air pockets or uneven distribution
- Finish surfaces by smoothing and leveling the concrete with a variety of hand and power tools
- Apply sealants or waterproofing compounds to protect the surface from elements such as water or chemicals
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Clean tools and equipment after use to maintain their condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their uses
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality results
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with concrete is highly desirable

Salary:
Starting at 1500$ per month, but may vary based on experience.
