Office Manager for Biometric Passport Office in Lisbon
Our busy biometric passport office in Lisbon is seeking a highly organized and efficient office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As the office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks such as processing applications, maintaining records, and responding to customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Prepare reports on office operations and present to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, including record keeping and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Lisbon
