Office Manager - Lisbon
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for important documents and records
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Facilitate communication between different departments within the company
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure proper functioning at all times
- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel or responding to inquiries as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
