Facade Maintenance Technician

We are in need of a skilled Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior facades of buildings and structures. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any maintenance needs
- Repair and replace damaged or worn facade components
- Clean and maintain exterior surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed while working at heights or using specialized equipment
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade maintenance or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of different facade materials, such as glass, metal, and stone
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
